Would my dividend be then pro-rated or would I only get paid out a dividend once I’ve completed 1 year invested?

Can I cashout of the investment prior to the 5 year term?
There are no penalty fees for early withdrawal. However there will be a clawback of the initial SARS refund received. The clawback will be 100% of the initial tax refund provided.
If the return achieved is below the dividend rate of 10%, then what happens?

What happens if I want to top-up my investment?
